At Cambridge Pine City Orthodontics our staff is incredibly warm, welcoming and caring. Our staff is highly trained and regularly participates in continuing education courses regarding patient care, patient education and orthodontic specialty practices. We treat each other and our patients like family, making sure every visit is a positive orthodontic experience.


Korinn Fazendin

Korinn is a Dental Assistant. She graduated from Century College in 2002 as a Licensed Dental Assistant and has been working here at Cambridge Pine City Orthodontics since 2003.

Korinn lives in Isanti with her husband and two children, Logan and Lacey. As a family, they love to go on camping trips in the summer, beach days, and playing outside at home. Now that her children have learned to ride bikes, her family rides together at the park during their leisure time.

Katie Asmussen

Katie is a Dental Assistant. She has been an Orthodontic Assistant since 2007 and has worked for Dr. Sievers since 2011.

Katie is fortunate to have the ability to work in the same community in which she was raised, and is now raising her own family. She loves spending time with her family; husband-Colt and their two sons-Scott and Adam. She is a huge Minnesota Wild fan and goes to as many games as she can during the hockey season.

“I love working in the field of orthodontics! Watching a patient’s confidence grow throughout their orthodontic treatment is my favorite part. Also, seeing our patients on a monthly basis and getting to know them and their families is great!”

Jennifer Reichow

Jennifer is a Dental Assistant. She is a graduate of Herzing University where she earned an associate degree in Dental Assisting. Jennifer has also carries the DANB certification as well as the Minnesota licensure.

Jennifer currently resides in East Bethel with her husband and two children. Her interests are painting, sculpting, cake decorating and spending time with her family.

Elizabeth Lawson, RDA

Elizabeth is a Dental Assistant who has been practicing since 1974. She recently has retired from a fulfilling career at the Mayo Clinic in the department of dentistry and now enjoys orthodontic assisting at Cambridge Pine City Orthodontics.

She has a strong commitment to excellence as she has pursued ongoing education and practice in management. She is involved in her community’s education system through the school board and educational co-op. Her greatest joys in life are spending time with family including her husband, three daughters and 4 grandchildren!

Megan Juday

Megan joined the team at Cambridge Pine City Orthodontics in 2017 after working from home as a mom since 2010. Since that time she has been one of the friendly faces greeting everyone to our office.

She grew up in Mora, MN and presently lives in Isanti where she enjoys spending time with her husband Larry and their three very active and adorable kids, Tanner, Brooklyn & Brinley. You may see her cheering on Tanner on the ice rink with a few of our other hockey team member families!

Kaitlyn Alain, RDA

Kaitlyn is a Dental Assistant. She graduated from Century College where she earned an Associate Degree in Dental Assisting. She has been an Orthodontic Assistant at Cambridge Pine City Orthodontics since 2017.

Kaitlyn is a United States Navy Veteran and brings this passion and strong work ethic with her to Cambridge Pine City Orthodontics. She lives in Princeton with her husband Justin, two children (Emersyn and Cameron) and two labs (Hank and Daisy). She enjoys spending time with her family more than anything!

Steph Darlington, RDA

Steph is a Licensed Dental Assistant and has been practicing since 2016. She also carries the DANB certification.

Steph lives in Cambridge with her husband, Nick and son, Beckett. She loves spending time with her family, having bonfires and making s'mores, 4-wheeling, trying new restaurants, and watching movies!

"I love working in orthodontics because we see our patients often enough to build a relationship with them beyond "tooth talk". Also, there is nothing better than watching a patient go through their treatment and seeing their excitement as they become more confident with their smile!"

Tiffani Hoffman

Tiffani is our magician behind the curtain...I mean, our Lab Technician. She has worked for Dr. Sievers since 2016 and has since mastered orthodontic laboratory skills with on the job training. She also keeps the bay flowing smoothly by managing our sterilization department.

Tiffani lives in Pine City with her fiancè, Nick, and their son, Myer. Hobbies include spending time as a family doing house projects, cooking together and movie nights- with ice cream of course!

"What drew me to orthodontics was the life changing smiles Dr. Sievers and the team create each and every day. A confident smile is truly life changing. Being in the lab, I love the hands-on aspects of my job. I combine art with science to create personalized items for patient's mouths. My job is very unique and detail oriented and it fits me very well!"

Kim Meene

Kim has been a practicing Dental Assistant since 1989 and now draws from that experience as she works within our front desk team. She has a passion for patient care and desires to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for all who visit with us.

When she is not at the office, Kim enjoys writing, singing, being outdoors and, most of all, spending time with her husband and five children.

"What I love most about orthodontics is seeing the amazing transformation of smiles and the confidence that comes with that. I love seeing the joyful way a person's smile lights up when they see the transformation for themselves. Having the opportunity to be a part of that joy is something I am very grateful for."

Kari Terhell

Kari holds her bachelors degree in Business Administration. In August of 2017 our financial department gained a rockstar when she joined as our Financial Coordinator.

Kari made Cambridge her home in 2003 when she married her husband Jayd. She has loved being involved in our community ever since. Since making their home in Cambridge, Kari and her husband have had three children she cherishes, Seth, Weston and Kyla. She enjoys spending time together as a family most of all. As a family, they enjoy the outdoors doing things like camping, traveling, four wheeling, boating, snowmobiling, bike riding and fishing. She especially loves to watch her boys play hockey and they have been fortunate to have made so many great friends within the hockey community.

Kari thoroughly enjoys being part of our team. She especially enjoys seeing all the patients and their families, getting to know them and being a part their orthodontic journey.

Kayla St. Hilaire

Kayla graduated from Hennepin Technical college Brooklyn Park with her associates degree as a dental assistant in 2017 and joined our team at Cambridge Pine City Orthodontics following this.

A little known fact is that Kayla was a gymnast for 10 years! Kayla grew up in St. Francis and now lives in Cambridge with her significant other (Nick), two dogs (Havoc and Stormi) and a kitty (Taz). Kayla loves hot summer days at the beach, snowboarding in the winter and being outside walking her dogs.

"I enjoy being a orthodontic assistant because I love being able to touch a patients life in a positive way. Not only giving them a reason to smile, but actually enhancing the quality of their life. I love getting to see each patient's transformation and getting to know each patient and their family."

Michelle Braden

Michelle has been assisting for 13 years!

"I am proud to be part of the most incredible orthodontic office. Seeing the significant changes in our patients keeps me motivated on a daily basis. Our work is so rewarding! With healthy and beautiful teeth, people are more willing to smile, have more confidence and enjoy life."

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Bob; our two wonderful children, Olivia and Hudson and our dog, Rascal.

I enjoy spending time outdoors. I love camping, volunteering at my kids school, being active in my community, weightlifting, kayaking, personal growth and chasing my kids to activities.
